I hate you for getting me involved in my first online cooking competition and it took more time writing about it than it took to cook it. Next Time I’ll either avoid all competitions or just make a video, this typing lark is soo boring.

This looks amazing! I have never tried spelt pasta before. I was thinking of using Kamut Khorasan Wheat pasta though. Our family tried it a few months ago now and we just love the taste and texture so much for a whole wheat pasta! Thanks for this recipe – looks so good
