Confit d’ail

Can be bitter but, if lovingly covered in oil and slowly poached for hours, also so so sweet.

This is a little late. Mainly due to having a life and spending it covered in grub.

Some of it will be memories, some of it will unjustified bile and some will be delicious.

Try me. That is all that any self respecting gastronaut wants.
